Untitled.

It was a long, slow, beautiful dance. The kind you hear about in those sappy love songs that you secretly find romantic. She yearned for his love, his touch. The play of emotion would embrace the world around them. He loved her, but she was too afraid to know for sure. All around her the world would spin and thoughts of him would plague her. She was poisoned by his laughter, stinging her heart with such ease that she was too afraid to admit the truth: She loved him.

Momentary glances would steal her breath away. A simple understanding between these two souls that identified their secret world within the rest. It was simple, but so difficult. It was beautiful, but painful. She ached when she was with him, hoping he would love her back. Should love be this hard? She couldn't walk away. She wanted to, prayed to. But she couldn't walk out on a love like this. It was all or nothing and she stood to lose everything for one chance with him.
